Lara Logan
Lara Logan, born 29/03/71, is an South African television journalist and war reporter. She was a correspondent for CBS News between 2002 and 2018.60 Minutes executive producer Jeff Fager called her factually inaccurate and politically slanted report regarding the 2012 Benghazi attack "the worst mistake on my 10-year-watch." In the year 2019 she joined Sinclair Broadcast Group, a conservative media firm. [4] In January 2020 she joined Fox Nation (a subscription streaming service operated by Fox News). She stated that she was "dumpedby the network in March 2022. Logan was a reporter for the Sunday Tribune of Durban during her studies (1988-1989) and then the Daily News of the city (1990-1992). In 1992, she was hired by Reuters Television Africa, primarily as a senior producers. After four years, she decided to venture into freelance journalism. She was appointed as an editor/producer, reporter and editor/producer for Fox/SKY, Fox/SKY and CBS News, ABC News (in London), NBC and the European Broadcasting Union. CNN reported on the events that took place in the Northern Ireland and Kosovo wars.
