Lily Rabe
Lily Rabe is an American actor from America. She is perhaps best known for her numerous parts on FX's horror series American Horror Story (2011-2021). She was awarded an Tony Award nomination for Best Actress for a Play for her performance in The Merchant of Venice. Film credits include What Just Happened (2008). Pawn Sacrifice (2014). Miss Stevens (2016). Golden Exits (2017). Vice (2018). Fractured (1999). The Tender Bar (2021). Rabe also appeared on television's series The Whispers (2015). The Undoing (2020), The Underground Railroad (2211) and The First Lady (2222). Her screen debut came in 2001 alongside Jill Clayburgh, her mother. At the Gloucester Stage Company, Massachusetts, she made her professional stage debut opposite her mother. She was the main character in the plays Speaking Well of the dead performed by Israel Horovitz and The Crazy Girl (Frank Pugliese) that were both one-act shows which allowed her to earn an Equity Card. In July 2003 she appeared in Proof by David Auburn at the Gloucester Stage Company. In 2003, she was also in the film Mona Lisa Smile. Following her graduation, she moved back home to New York. From September 29 through October 2 of 2004, she performed in White Jesus by Deirdre O'Connor which was one of a number of one-act plays that were presented as The Democracy Project from the Naked Angels Theater Company.
