Krystal Marie Ball

 Krystal Marie Balm (born on the 24th of November the 24th of November, 1980) is an American journalist and political commentator. She was previously a political candidate, and also a television host at MSNBC as well as a regular contributor to The Huffington Post and former co-host of the show The Hill's Rising together with Saagar Enjeti. Enjeti and Ball made it clear that they would quit the show in May 2021 to launch Breaking Points, a new independent venture that will be hosted by Krystal and Saagar. Ball co-hosts Krystal Kyle & Friends' podcast alongside Kyle Kulinski. She has appeared on various network shows, including CNN, Fox News, Fox News, CNBC, Fox News, and Real Time together with Bill Maher. Ball married Jonathan Dariyanani in 2020. Ball says that her renewed political interest due to her experience as a mom in the 2008 primaries. In addition, she witnessed the US elections for president during her time working in Jordan. She observed how it affected people in that country and thereby gained an appreciation of the global influence of US politics. She was a Senior Fellowship member of the New Leaders Council. Ball was chosen by the Democratic Party to represent Virginia's 1stCongressional District during the 2010 election. But she was defeated by Rob Wittman. From June 2012 through July 2015, she was host of The Cycle, an MSNBC program The Cycle. She created the People's House Project, an action committee that works for Democratic causes in May 2017.
